I started Bikram Yoga because I wanted to 'get in shape'.  Little did I know how much effect it would have not only on my body but on my mind. I practice Bikram Yoga because it relieves my stress, lifts my mood, and teaches me patience. As a teacher, I want to share this practice with every single person, so they can feel just as amazing as I do when I practice.
